Good food selection, beautiful beach location, and plenty of different activities in a resort.
Staff was unhelpful and there was a lack of Christmas spirit. The resort wasn't decorated for the holiday season, which was very disappointing.

The cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially for families with children. We loved that there were many activities for kids under 3, including a nursery with complimentary strollers and freshly made food. The paddling pool with a water fountain and slide was a hit with our little ones. the staff was competent and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed.
Nothing, all excellent.

Great for families with young kids, plenty of activities for all ages. Loved the beach and the natural reserve surrounding the property. Beautiful sunsets.
Rooms were basic and outdated, no elevators, difficult with strollers. Limited dining options and food had little variety.
